Karin Schönwetter is a Vice President at Kyndryl and a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including senior leadership roles at IBM and Kyndryl.
She is passionate about human-centered leadership, Positive Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and building strong, sustainable cultures in times of transformation. Throughout her career, she has led international teams and supported organizations in navigating complex change with clarity, trust, and a strengths-based mindset.
As a mentor and speaker, Karin is committed to inspiring people to unlock their potential, lead with courage and empathy, and create environments where trust, resilience, inclusion, and a sense of purpose become true drivers of performance and lasting success.

Clare Chemery is a founding data engineer at Cellbyte, a startup working to accelerate global drug launches through an AI-native platform. She is interested in how AI is changing the way we build reliable and accessible data systems. She holds a B.A. from Yale University and is currently completing a Master's in Statistics and Data Science at LMU Munich, specializing in machine learning.

A Little Less Unreliable: Evaluating Voice Agents for Healthcare in Production with LLM Judges

Shipping healthcare agents with confidence requires answering one question: does your eval stack judge conversations the way your clinicians would? This session tells the story of a clinical conversational agent that handles hundreds of patient calls every day: its eval stack in the order it was actually built, the problems we hit along the way, and how we mitigated them. You will learn how to systematically identify where your agents are most likely to fail and build your evaluation around concrete failure points. The session combines foundational concepts, hands-on examples, quizzes, and plenty of room for discussion.

Female Empowerment: Women Working, Researching, and Leading in the Age of AI

Despite substantial efforts to promote diversity over recent decades, women remain underrepresented in leading positions across both academia and industry. In times where artificial intelligence is handled as one of the most influential drivers of innovation and future competitiveness, AI research, development, deployment, and use all continue to be predominantly male-dominated. This seminar provides a dedicated space for women to critically reflect on their role within these professional environments, explore leadership challenges and potentials, and engage in meaningful exchange amongst women working in related fields. Grounded in current research and psychological theory, the seminar acknowledges the structural and systemic barriers women continue to face while emphasizing practical strategies and allyship. Designed as a safe, interactive, and dialogue-oriented environment, it combines evidence-based input with self-reflection and peer exchange.

Franziska Schrade, M.Sc., is a researcher, trainer, and doctoral candidate at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. She studied psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at Heidelberg University, specializing in organizational behavior and adaptive cognition, with stays abroad at Arizona State University and the University of Vienna. She conducts research on human-AI interaction in the workplace and has been funded by the bidt Graduate Center for doctoral students since 2025.
Insa Schaffernak, M.Sc., is a researcher at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and a doctoral candidate at the Doctoral Center “DigiTech”. She studied psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the University of Freiburg, with stays abroad at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Innsbruck. Her PhD focuses on human factors in the adoption and use of AI in healthcare and has been funded by the bidt Graduate Center for doctoral students since 2025.
